Monday's high school roundup: Upchurch leads ND-Fairfield boys over Masuk

FAIRFIELD -- Dan Upchurch scored a game-high 27 points to lead Notre Dame of Fairfield over Masuk 73-51 in a SWC boys basketball matchup Monday night.

Upchurch also had seven assists for the Lancers, who improved to 6-3 overall and 3-1 in the league. Earl Coleman and Jalen Jennings reached double figures in scoring for Notre Dame with 18 and 12 points, respectively.

Dominic Migliaro had 13 points and David Clark scored 12 for the Panthers (3-7, 2-3).

Also Monday in the SWC, Asher Lee-Tyson scored 21 points, including the game-winning basket with four seconds left, to give Weston a 67-65 win over New Milford.
