A 16-year-old was arrested Thursday on charges of disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief after he allegedly smashed his mother's iPhone at their Chelsea Street home.
The teen, whose name was not released by police because he is considered a juvenile under state law, was released on a promise to appear Friday in Juvenile Court in Bridgeport.
The iPhone was valued at $500, according to the report.
