Colorful sails adorned the blue waters off Southport this week, as about a dozen area sailing clubs competed in the 58th annual Pequot Invitational.
During a two-day regatta, about 80 young sailors worked the wind in nearly 40 Pixel sailing vessels, vying for top spots in three divisions.
