Anam Cara announces upcoming events

Anam Cara, Center for Spiritual Life, has announced two events for next week at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, 4670 Congress St.

The center will hold a "Celebrating Our Celtic Heritage" program at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 17, during which the spirituality, creativity and love of nature which characterize the center's Celtic Christian heritage will be explored.

Stephanie Campbell, a certified Kripalu yoga instructor and church member, will discuss how yoga provides a way to worship God for the gift of life in one's body from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 20. She will also talk about a connection between yoga and prayer, according to a new release. The cost is $10 per student.
