Argument leads to arrest at Clam Jam

FAIRFIELD — An argument at Clam Jam resulted in a breach of peace charge against Alexa Deblasio, 22.
Deblasio, of Saint James, N.Y., was arguing with her boyfriend, a Fairfield University student, over his alleged flirting with other women at the annual party on April 29. According to police, Deblasio scratched her boyfriend on the left side of his neck, leaving a mark.
Police were already on scene working at Clam Jam.
Deblasio was charged with breach of peace and released to her father. She was scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in Bridgeport on May 1.
No other incidents were reported at the party, according to police reports, although several students were taken to area hospitals due to their level of intoxication.
