Sean Sweeney, 21, of New Milford, N.J., was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday morning after loud music was heard coming from his Lantern Point residence around 2:30 a.m., police said.
The music could be heard from about 75 yards away, police said, and there were six to seven people inside, singing loudly and dancing. They said they were celebrating a university class that had recently ended, the report said.
Sweeney was released on a promise to appear Jan. 21 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
