A woman called police Monday to complain that the Salvation Army bell ringer at Super Stop & Shop, 1160 Kings Highway Cutoff, took her $20 donation but never put it in the charity's collection bucket.

The bell ringer denied taking the money, but the manager at the grocery store told him to leave the property.
