Bird artwork sought for Audubon exhibit

The Connecticut Audubon Society is seeking artwork for its fourth annual Birds and their Habitat Art Exhibition and Sale from Friday, Sept. 27, to Sunday, Sept. 29, at the society, 2325 Burr St.
The deadline to submit artwork to the juried exhibition is Friday, June 28.
Artist's works must feature birds and the beauty of nature, from bird life and their habitats to the diversity of natural landscapes specific to Connecticut and the Northeast, according to a news release.
Works must be original, current and crafted in 2011, 2012, or 2013.
Mediums include: painting, photography, sculpture, printmaking, wood carving and fine art crafts.
