A brother and sister were charged with disorderly conduct after police said an argument at their Homeland Street residence Wednesday afternoon turned physical.

Salman Sumra, 28, threw a cup of ice water at his sister, Seema Sumra, 23, who in turn threw a curling iron at him, police said. The argument started over the issue of cleaning, according to the report.

Both were issued a misdemeanor summons and were scheduled to have appeared Thursday in Bridgeport Superior Court.
