Michelle Metzger, 34, of Louvain Street, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday night after an argument with her husband.
According to the report, Metzger's husband was asleep when she came home around 8 p.m., apparently after she had been drinking, and she began hitting him with the doorbell chimes.
She was released on a promise to have appeared Nov. 5 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
