Christopher Carbone, 49, of Bungalow Avenue, was charged with having an illegal prescription for controlled drugs around 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Arrested on an outstanding warrant, the charge stems from fraudulent prescriptions he allegedly had filled at the CVS Pharmacy on Black Rock Turnpike and Walgreens on Villa Avenue in December.

Police said Carbone, in the CVS incident, tried to obtain 150 Oxycodone pills.

His bond was set at $5,000 and is scheduled to appear March 8 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
