A Rowland Road resident reported to police last Thursday that someone opened a credit line in her name with GE Capital through a plastic surgeon's office in San Francisco.

The account was apparently going to be used to pay for plastic surgery procedures.

When Fairfield police contacted authorities in San Francisco, they learned that a man had been arrested for credit fraud in connection with the incident.
