A former home health aide was arrested on a warrant Monday, charged with stealing more than $5,000 in jewelry from a client.

Kris Marsan, 47, of Campfield Drive, was charged with third-degree larceny.

Her client, who lived on Warde Terrace, first noticed jewelry missing in 2012, and then again in 2014, according to police. A video camera was set up, and Marsan was caught stealing on camera, police said. She eventually admitted to the thefts, police said.

Marsan turned herself in at police headquarters, and was released on a $2,500 bond. She is scheduled to appear June 30 at state Superior Court in Bridgeport.
