A man who police had arrested in October on weapons charges is facing more criminal allegations.
Jelani Lemon, 22, of Spring Street, Naugatuck, was arrested last Friday on warrants in Bridgeport Superior Court, and charged with third-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and second-degree reckless endangerment for allegedly keeping a motorcycle he had taken for a test drive in July for several days. When an officer tried to pull him over at the time, he fled, according to police.
He was also charged with theft of a firearm, stemming from his October arrest for weapons in a motor vehicle.
Lemon's bonds totaled $15,000 and he was arraigned on the new charges later that day.
