A Bungalow Avenue man, warned previously to stay off school grounds, was arrested Wednesday morning at Holland Hill School on Meadowcroft Road.

Constantine Labrasciano, 59, was charged with criminal trespass after he was seen at Holland Hill's property by school personnel around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

According to the report, Labrasciano was bringing his children to school. However, he had been warned to stay away from Holland Hill on Jan. 22 after being arrested at that time for criminal trespass. That case is still pending.

In 2011, Labrasciano was charged with breach of peace and impairing the morals of a minor after verbally abusing his children's babysitter while on school grounds. He allegedly called the babysitter a "robber" and "baby thief."

In this most recent incident, Labrasciano was released on a promise to May 22 appear in Bridgeport Superior Court.
