A 21-year-old Lloyd Drive resident was issued an infraction for littering after police received a complaint Monday evening about pornographic images scrawled with chalk in the middle of Beaver Street.

The group then went into the woods nearby, where the complainant told police they were believed to be drinking and smoking marijuana.

Officers found three 21-year-olds, who they said admitted to drinking, smoking and drawing penises on the street surface. One of them was issued a littering infraction for leaving an empty cigar wrapper and plastic bags on the ground, police said.
