Cops warn woman: Dumpster use off-limits

A 74-year-old Round Hill Road woman was warned about dumping household garbage in a private trash bin Monday morning. An officer said he saw the woman deposit a large garbage bag in a trash bin at 1 Eliot Place. Asked if she had permission, according to the report, she said, no, "it's a dumpster."

She was told it is on private property and permission from the owner is needed to use it. The owner asked that the woman be warned.
