Disorderly charge filed over Fairfield Beach party

A loud party at 857 Fairfield Beach Road led to a charge of disorderly conduct Friday night for New Haven resident Tobias F. Armour, 21.

Police said after receiving a complaint about the party, officers arrived to find people walking up and down the path near the house and heard people yelling, "Cops!" That precipitated a mass exodus from the house.

Armour was released on a promise to appear Sept. 24 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
