Matthew Checca, 24, of Burroughs Road, Easton, received a summons for disorderly conduct after police received several complaints about a loud party and cars parked illegally on Fairfield Beach Road around 2 a.m. Sunday.
Police said partygoers had been warned earlier about the illegally parked cars, and when officers arrived at 2 a.m., they said the noise level generated at the home was unreasonable. There were more than 20 people out on the deck and another 20 to 30 people inside the house. There were empty plastic cups and beer bottles on the deck.
