FAIRFIELD — After he drove up onto the curb on Commerce Drive Monday afternoon, Miguel Watson, 34, found himself under arrest.
Witnesses told police Watson appeared “out of it” and an evaluation by the department’s drug recognition officer, Scott Sudora, indicated Watson may have been under the influence of PCP. A subsequent search found some tobacco that tested positive for PCP.
Watson, of St. Stephen Street, Bridgeport, was charged with possession of hallucinogens, driving under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane, and driving with no insurance. He was released after posting a $100 bond and is scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in Bridgeport Nov. 28.
