Paul N.E. Teske, 32, of Riverside Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct last Wednesday afternoon after he got into a physical altercation with a relative, police said.
Teske was "extremely intoxicated," police said.
He was released on a promise to have appeared Thursday in Bridgeport Superior Court.
