Fairfield Police: Monroe woman shoplifted at Stop & Shop

FAIRFIELD — A Monroe woman allegedly shoplifted from Stop & Shop Dec. 23.
Yajaira Ojeda paid for some of her purchases but not haircare products, candles and grocery items in her handbag, according to police. She was arrested Dec. 23 at the Kings Highway Cutoff store and released on a promise to appear in court Jan. 2.
The 41-year-old resident of Senior Drive in Monroe was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
