At least that's what the National Weather Service says is in store for southwestern Connecticut this weekend after a stretch of unpredictable stormy weather.

Today should set the sunny-and-warm pattern, with a daytime high temperature in the mid-80s and a northwest wind 6 to 9 mph.

Tonight will be mostly clear, with a low temperature about 60 degrees and a north wind around 6 mph.

Tomorrow will also be mostly sunny, with a high temperature about 80 degrees. Nighttime will be partly cloudy, with a low temperature about 0 degrees.

Monday continues the sunny cycle, with bright skies and a high temperature in the low-80s. There is a 20 percent chance of precipitation by nightfall as temperatures dip to a low in the mid-60s.

Tuesday is expected to be partly cloudy, with a 30 percent chance of daytime precipitation as temperatures rise to about 80 degrees. There remains a 30 percent chance of precipitation with a low temperature about 60 degrees.

The outlook for Wednesday, according to the weather service, is sunny and temperatures in the 70s.
