Fairfield forecast: Sunny and breezy

Today should sunny with a high temperature in the mid-40s, according to the National Weather Service.
It also will be breezy across southwestern Connecticut, with a west wind between 10 and 16 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph.
There will be increasing clouds tonight, with a temperature in the mid-20s, and a west wind between 6 and 9 mph becoming calm.
Tomorrow will be cloudy, with a high near 45 degrees. There is a chance of rain and snow tomorrow night, under cloudy skies and a temperature falling to a low in the low-30s, the NWS says.
On Wednesday, there is a chance of rain and snow before 10 a.m., changing later to all rain. Skies will be mostly cloudy, with a high near temperature in the upper-40s. Nighttime will be partly cloudy, with a low temperature in the mid-30s.
The outlook for Thursday, the weather service says, is for a chance of rain and temperatures in the mid-40s.
