FAIRFIELD — Nicole Gallias, 33, of South Benson Road, was issued a ticket for failure to grant the right of way, after she struck a bicyclist Monday evening in the intersection of Lovers Lane and Jennings Road. The cyclist, a 46-year-old local woman, was taken to Bridgeport Hospital for treatment to a cut on her head, and pain around her eyes. According to the report, and witnesses, the cyclist had stopped at the four-way stop before proceeding into the intersection, but Gallias’ car “rolled” through the stop sign and struck the bicycle.
