Farifield libraries remain closed today, expect to reopen Thursday

Fairfield's public libraries are closed today (Wednesday, Oct. 31), but are expected to reopen tomorrow.

Both the library's main branch and the Fairfield Woods branch will be open Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Pequot Library in Southport is also closed because of a storm-related power outage, but its officials have yet to indicate when it may be able to reopen.
