Fire near Tomlinson may have been set

Firefighters responding to a brush fire near Tomlinson Middle School on Wednesday evening asked for police help in locating a suspect.

According to police, a heavy-set man with a beard, wearing a cap and a white coat, was seen near the site of the small brush fire on the access road to Tomlinson about five minutes before the fire was reported.

Police could not locate the suspect.
