Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a suspect in the March 10 theft of a wallet from a car in the Planet Fitness parking lot on Black Rock Turnpike.

Credit cards in the wallet were used to purchase gift cards at Super Stop & Shop and Walgreens on Villa Avenue, and the Cumberland Farms convenience store on Kings Highway.

Anyone who can identify the suspect pictured in surveillance-camera images, or who has additional information about the incident, is asked to contact police Detective Belinda Papageorge at 203-254-4840 or via email at bpapageorge@town.fairfield.ct.us. Anonymous tips can also be texted to 274637.
