Oscar-nominated actor Stephen Rea, whose credits include "The Crying Game," "V for Vendetta" and "Michael Collins," will perform dramatic readings from James Joyce's novel, "Ulysses," at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, at Fairfield University's Quick Center for the Arts.

Rea, born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, will read sections of the famed "Cyclops" chapter of Joyce's masterpiece in an event sponsored by the university's Irish studies program.

Tickets for the "Ulysses" reading are $15, $10 for seniors and $5 for students. For tickets, contact the Quick Center Box Office at www.quickcenter.com or 203- 254-4010.
