This year, voters in the 4th District have a clear choice about who should represent us in the U.S. Congress, and that is Steve Obsitnik.
Creating jobs is Steve's No. 1 priority. He knows what it takes because as a successful entrepreneur, he's the only candidate who has actually created American jobs. With record U.S. unemployment and Connecticut -- with a jobless rate of 9 percent -- in the top 10 of all states, it's time for a responsible, courageous leader to represent us in Washington.
In business, you're judged on your performance record. Why not the same for those we pay for -- our elected officials?
If you look at the record, Jim Himes has failed. In 2009 he promised to bring 41,000 jobs to Connecticut. Not only did he not deliver, today even fewer people in Connecticut have jobs than they did then.
It's time for a change. It's time for responsible, courageous leadership in Washington. That's why I'm voting for Steve Obsitnik. I hope you will too.
