Nutritionist and cook Amie Guyette Hall will share secrets for making tasty and nutritious soups and breads. She will show how to take simple, fresh ingredients and prepare them in a way that preserves their nutritional value and encourages local farmers` production.
Hall, a trained integrative nutritionist, has studied dietary theory and how to blend healthful and enjoyable eating with flexible lifestyles.
The class fee is $10.
