Pablo Feliciano, 33, of Woodmont Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with with breach of peace Saturday afternoon after an incident with his girlfriend in a parking lot at Fairfield University.

Feliciano called his girlfriend and asked her to come see him to talk about their relationship, police said. He was at the university doing landscaping work, and the girlfriend told police she agreed to meet him in a public place because she said he has "violent tendencies." When the woman arrived, Feliciano tried to take her cell phone by reaching into her car and grabbing her wrist, police said. She began to beep her car horn to attract attention.

Feliciano was released on a $250 bond and was scheduled to have appeared Monday in Bridgeport Superior Court.
