Robert C. Biagioli, 54, of Thorme Street, Bridgeport, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane and resisting an officer Friday night.
Biagioli was seen driving his vehicle erratically, crossing the double traffic yellow line. While attempting to take Biagioli into custody, he reportedly resisted arrest.
He was released on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Oct. 15 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
