Conner James Buckley, 20, of Oak Avenue in Shelton, faces more burglary charges.
Buckley, charged in October by Monroe police for three burglaries in that town, on Friday was charged by Fairfield police with attempting to burglarize a Redding Road home and stealing jewelry from a Stella Lane residence. Both incidents occurred on Oct. 15, police said.
According to police, there was also an attempted burglary on Sturges Highway in Westport that same day, and a description of a gray pickup truck, matching a truck linked to the Monroe burglaries, was given by witnesses.
Investigators said they later tied Buckley to the Fairfield incidents, charging him with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, and one count each of attempted third-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.
He was arraigned Friday at Bridgeport Superior Court and held on bonds totaling $7,500.
