FAIRFIELD — Scott Dineen, 21, was arrested early Saturday morning after he allegedly urinated in the hallway of a Fairfield University dormitory.

Dineen, who is not a student at the college, was charged with breach of peace.

Police received a call from campus security who had Dineen detained following the incident. According to the report, Dineen was combative with campus security and got into a “fighting stance.”

In addition to being charged, Dineen was also given a criminal trespass warning, meaning he will face arrest if found on the North Benson Road campus again.

A resident of Pine Tree Road in Redding, Dineen was released on a promise to appear in state Superior Court in Bridgeport on Oct. 3.
