Metro-North Railroad service, which Sunday morning was suspended in and out Grand Central Terminal because of signal problems, has been restored, rail officials report.
The service was suspended shortly after 9 a.m. and was not fully operating on or close to normal until more than three hours later, according to an updated alert issued by the railroad shortly before 1 p.m.
