What do middle school students think about the plight of Auggie, the protagonist in the novel "Wonder" whose face is seriously disfigured?

A book discussion for students in sixth through eighth grades is planned Tuesday, March 19 as part of the Fairfield Public Library's One Book One Town activities focused on "Wonder" by R.J. Palacio.

The discussion is planned at 4:15 p.m. in the Jennings Room of the main library, 1080 Old Post Road, and snacks will be served, the library said.

The event is one of 24 book talks, lectures, programs, movie screenings and other activities focused on "Wonder," the library's sixth annual One Book One Town selection.
