A man came to police headquarters Christmas Day to report that his iPad was taken after he left it on a seat at the Fairfield Cinemas, 40 Black Rock Turnpike, on Christmas Eve.
It was later determined that one of the theater employees had the iPad and arrangements were made for the man to go to the cinemas to collect the iPad. However, he later complained that the "SIM" card was missing from the tablet computer, although the employee claimed no knowledge of how to remove that device.
