FAIRFIELD — When a Bronx, N.Y. man was found standing in the middle of Sanford Street just after midnight Saturday, he was charged with disorderly conduct.
According to police, an officer was patrolling the downtown area when he heard yelling and saw Aaron Tomlinson, 22, standing in the street outside of Crave. Others were trying to keep Tomlinson from going back into the bar and even shouted that he would “knock out” the police officer.
Tomlinson had been inside Crave earlier, but was bothering patrons, according to management, which asked him to leave several times. When the bouncer was able to move Tomlinson to the door, he said Tomlinson threw his drink at them.
Tomlinson was released on a promise to appear in state Superior Court in Bridgeport Dec. 4.
