FAIRFIELD — Police charged a man who they allege crashed a private party at the Lion’s Paw, a Post Road business, Saturday night.
According to the police report, Anthony Mascia, of Blaine Street, walked into the store around 9:47 p.m. May 20, where a private dinner was being hosted. Police said Mascia, who was intoxicated, began helping himself to the appetizers. He was asked to leave, and as he left, police arrived.
When Mascia, 23, was brought to headquarters, he began “violently” vomiting and was slumped over and not responding to verbal commands. He was charged with interfering with an officer and breach of peace and released on a promise to appear in state Superior Court in Bridgeport on May 30. Mascia was brought to St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport due to his level of intoxication.
