Police are asking for help in their investigation into artwork stolen from the William Lloyd estate, 340 Mill Hill Road, in February.

Among the missing works is "Near the Foot Hills," an oil painting on canvas appraised at approximately $20,000, police said. The painting is 25-by-28 inches and was reported stolen by officials of Chase Bank, the estate's manager. Also said to be missing is "Portrait of a Sioux," by James Bama, no value given.

Police detectives say they have gathered information about a person they call a "strong suspect," and ask that anyone with information about the stolen paintings contact Detective Jason Takacs at 203-254-4840.
