An Alden Street resident told police Tuesday that he is a victim of Internet fraud and identity theft.

The man said he was delivered three new laptop computers, valued at a total of $3,855, via mail that he had ordered them. He said upon checking with the company, they were ordered by someone using his Social Security number and date of birth, and paid through Bill Me Later service.
