Report: Teens smoking pot in Carroll Road woods

Police are investigating a report from a Carroll Road resident about groups of teenagers gathering in a wooded area, where the residents believes they smoke marijuana.

Cigar wrappers and homemade pipe containing a burnt substance were found at the scene, according to the report.

Police were told that the teen gatherings have been growing in size, and that many of them are "well dressed" and wearing ties.
