Police have made a second arrest in connection with a fight at Five Guys, 340 Grasmere Ave., on Sept. 22. Hector Fernandez, 27, of Caroline Street, Bridgeport, was charged on a warrant with third-degree assault, first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

Fernandez' stepbrother had apparently given him a laptop and then asked for it back, police said. Fernandez came to the restaurant, where another relative worked, and began to argue with his stepbrother, Julian Mercedes, according to the report. The two began punching each other and Fernandez left the restaurant, police said. Mercedes had been arrested that day at the scene.

Fernandez turned himself in at police headquarters Thursday. He was released on a $10,000 and was scheduled to have appeared Oct. 5 in court.
