A series of thefts from cars has been reported this week.

An iPhone 5, worth $200, and loose change was reported taken from a car parked on Millard Street. The theft, reported Tuesday, happened over the weekend. There was no sign of forced entry, according to the report.

A Riverside Drive resident reported $2,000 worth of golf clubs were taken from a locked car sometime Monday night. A front passenger window was smashed to gain entry.

Two cars parked in a townhouse lot at Fairfield University were reported entered overnight on Tuesday. Both cars were unlocked. A gym bag with clothing and a GPS unit was reported stolen from one car, while a Sirius radio was taken from the second.

A Puritan Road resident Wednesday morning reported an unlocked car was entered overnight and a marine GPS unit, worth $1,000, clothing and a bag of fishing gear taken.
