Tetreau to address new group on senior tax relief

First Selectman Michael Tetreau is scheduled to discuss senior tax relief during a meeting of a new residents' group Thursday evening, Oct. 11, at the Scandinavian Club, 1351 South Pine Creek Road.

The meeting of the newly formed Fairfield for Good Government is planned from 7 to 9 p.m. and is open to the public, organizers said.

Fairfield for Good Government said it is a colaboration of several resident groups, including the former Fairfieldf Taxpayers' Association, We the People of Fairfield and a group of beach-area property owners who believe their property revaluations last year were unfairly high.
