Fairfield First Selectman Michael Tetreau is scheduled to discus town-government issues Thursday, Dec. 1, at the Fairfield League of Women Voters' monthly brown-bag lunch at the Fairfield Public Library.

The program is planned at 12:15 p.m. in the Rotary Room of the main branch, 1080 Old Post Road. It is free and open to the public.

The league said it expects the newly elected Tetreau to discuss town-budget perparations, capital-project planning, the new Fairfield Metro train station scheduled to Monday and his ideas about the public schools.

Anyone who would like to attend may bring lunch, and beverages will be provided, the league said.
