Equasha Brown, 34, of Iranistan Avenue in Bridgeport, was issued an infraction for creating a public disturbance last Wednesday night after she was heard talking loudly on her cell phone downtown within earshot of police headquarters, and refused to comply with an order to quiet down.
Brown was walking down Reef Road, nearby both police and fire headquarters, just before 10:30 p.m., according to the report. A police officer in the parking lot behind fire headquarters could hear Brown talking on her phone, and told her to lower her voice. Police said the woman responded that it was none of the officer's "f------ business," and was issued the infraction in return.
