A 15-year-old Fairfield Warde High School student was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after the school's dean called police, asking them to be on the lookout for her and another student when they left the campus around 10 a.m. Wednesday.
The officer found the two students and told them to return to the school dean's office, which they did. The dean called police, asking them to return to the school after he found marijuana and a pipe in one of the student's backpacks.
The teen was turned over to her mother and is scheduled to appear Sept. 25 in juvenile court.
