Woman charged in dispute with daughter

Linda Suznevich, 47, of Longfellow Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday morning after she allegedly punched her daughter in the leg several times during an argument.

According to police, Suznevich said she punched her daughter, a juvenile, in an attempt to get her up to help clean the house. A short time later the daughter allegedly stood on the hood of car outside the home and kicked a first-floor bedroom window, shattering it. The daughter then ran from the house and is expected to face charges when she is located.

Suznevich was released on a promise to have appeared Oct. 9 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
